MASTERS PROGRAM IN UK FOR DOCTORS: APPS global
In this workshop we will explain and answer all your questions about this program.
Here are the salient features of this scheme:
> You will be studying for the master’s degree whilst working for the NHS and earning.
> The university will sponsor your GMC registration via the PLAB Exemption route.
> You will be offered a Tier 2 visa for 2-3 years. You may be able to extend this visa on your own after the completion of the program by finding another job in the UK.
The eligibility criteria to apply for this program:
> You must have a primary medical qualification acceptable by GMC for registration.
> You must have completed a Fellowship degree from Pakistan or anywhere else in the world.
> You will be required to pass IELTS with an overall band 7.5 and a minimum band 7 in each category. If you are taking OET then a minimum band requirement is B in all components.
> You must not have taken and failed any part of the PLAB examination in the past.
> You must be engaged in clinical practice in the preceding 12 months.
> Please note the program is open for doctors in the selected specialties listed below: Cardiology, Respiratory, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Oncology, Endocrinology, Nephrology, Neurology, Geriatrics, Stroke Medicine, Acute Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Neurosurgery, GI Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Oncoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Obs & Gyne, Ophthalmology, Anesthesia, Intensive care, Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, Psychiatry and Radiology.

خدمت انسانیت سیرت النبی صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی روشنی میں
کے عنوان کے ساتھ کویت میڈیکل ایسوسی ایشن بلڈنگ جابریہ میں منعقد ہوا ۔
پروگرام میں سفارت خانہ پاکستان، وزارت الصحتہ ، پاکستانی میڈیکل ٹیمز اور پاکستانی کمیونٹی کے معززین نے بھرپور شرکت فرماکر محفل کو رونق بخشی ۔ پروگرام کا باقاعدہ آغاز تلاوت کلام پاک سے ہوا جس کی سعادت چھوٹے بچے عمر عبداللہ خان نے حاصل کی۔ محمد عاقب اور عبداللہ برادران نے بارگاہ رسالت میں ھدیہ نعت پیش کرتے ہوئے سامعین کے دلوں کو منور کیا۔ پروگرام سے فیصل مجید صاحب ، فرخ امیر صاحب ، ڈاکٹر علی المطیری (ڈائیریکٹر فروانیہ ہسپتال)، محترمہ عائشہ عثمان (کویت میڈیکل ایسوسی ایشن)، ڈاکٹر حافظ رحمت اللہ خان ، محترمہ ثنا ارشد صاحبہ، جاوید اقبال صاحب, رانا اعجاز صاحب ، شہزاد الرحمٰن بٹ صاحب ، عرفان ناگرا صاحب، جہانزیب صاحب اور شمشاد تنولی صاحب نے خطاب کیا۔ تمام مقررین نے موضوع اور محفل کی مناسبت سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے سامعین و ناظرین سے خوب داد وصول کی۔ پروگرام میں سفارت خانہ پاکستان کے زیر اہتمام حالیہ
متاثرین سیلاب کے سلسلے میں پاکستانی اور کویتی کمیونٹی کے کردار کو بھرپور سراہا گیا۔ پروگرام میںCovid Pandemic Situation میں پاکستانی ھیلتھ کیر پروفیشنلز کے اہم کردار کی تعریف کی گئی ۔ ڈاکٹرز، نرسز اور ٹیکنالوجیسٹس میں تعریفی اسناد اور لاءیف لاین میڈلز تقسیم کیے گئے۔ پروگرام کے آخر میں ڈاکٹر حافظ رحمت اللہ خان نے سفارت خانہ پاکستان، وزارت الصحتہ، کویت میڈیکل ایسوسی ایشن، میڈیکل ٹیم ممبران بشمول انتظامی ٹیم، پاکستانی کمیونٹی کے معززین، میڈیا ٹیم اور تمام مہمانان گرامی کا شکریہ ادا کیا اور مختصر مگر جامع دعا کی۔ اختتامی دعا کے بعد تمام مہمانان گرامی پاکستانی کھانوں کے ایک پر تکلف عشائیے سے لطف اندوز ہونے۔ اللّہ پاک ہم سب کو قرآن و سنت پر عمل کرنے کی توفیق عنایت فرمائیں۔
تمام مہمانان گرامی کا ایک دفعہ پھر بہت بہت شکریہ کہ آپ نے اپنے مصروفیات میں سے وقت نکال کر ہمارے پروگرام میں شرکت فرمائی۔

یہ پروگرام محمد رسول اللّٰہ صلی اللّٰہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی شان میں موقع محل کی مناسبت سے ہماری طرف سے اپنے معزز مہمانان گرامی بالخصوص میڈیکل ٹیم ممبران کے اعزاز میں منعقد کیا گیا تھا اور کسی بھی شخص، ادارے یا تنظیم کی طرف سے سپانسر نہیں تھا۔

Dear APPS Members...
Our executive member Dr. Imran Ali with APPS team met with CPSP Team head by President Dr professor Shoaib Shafe accompanied by Vice president Dr professor Khalid Masood Gondal and other members of CPSP council.
Dr. Imran introduced APPS to the CPSP Team and put forward our FCPS/MCPS Colleagues issues.
He agrees to work further on the issue ....
Dr Imran suggests to me that we should approach to the higher health authorities in government to give a big push ....
Which unfortunately doesn't look possible in current Pakistani scenario...!
Furthermore, next month we are also trying to arrange a zoom meeting to invite CPSP Head to discuss the issue by whole APPS team face to face, so that we can approach to a better strategy.
I personally want to thank Dr. Imran Ali and our team Dr. Hafiz imran, Dr. Ayub, Dr. Noman ejaz for the efforts.
And appreciate our APPS ME CHAIR DR. GHAZALA ANWAR for preparing the detailed draft regarding CPSP related issues.
