The number of adults suffering with Diabetes globally is 537 million and 6.7 million deaths are attributed to this disease. 

Pakistan is ranked number 3 in the world in Diabetes prevelence as 1 in 4 adults are suffering from this illness.  

There are 33 million Diabetic patients in Pakistan now as compared to 19 million recorded in the year 2019. 

Obesity, diet and lack of exercise being the main factors.

Exercise & modest Weight loss has shown to lower the risk upto 58%
